5700 Class - 5753 - BR Black Early Emblem - DCC Sound FittedBuilt GWR at Swindon during April 1929. This 5700 was one of 30 locomotives built as part of Lot 238. As with all GWR built 5700s it was fitted with cast iron numberplates that were painted off yellow to represent brass. New to Old Oak Common it would soon transfer to Southall where it would spend the rest of its working life until withdrawal on the 14th of September 1959.
