Each footswitch is numbered (see layout above) so you can choose how you would like that switch to function, just select the switchs function from the drop down list and then the LED colour. If you need to power the latching LED the pedal has a Boss style 2

for example the ¼” sockets on the Boss MS-3

just change the output sockets that are used for each amp setup (see the below manual for the two signal flows)
