2021 Domaine Bonnet-Cotton VDF, Beaujolais, France
Description
2021 Domaine Bonnet-Cotton VDF, Beaujolais, FranceABOUT THIS WINE The Vin de France Gamay is a blend of declassified grapes from the domaine's Beaujolais and Brouilly vineyards that don't quite match the quality for their eponymous cuves, as well as some free run juice from the carbonic maceration of other cuves. This wine was originally named 'Ygueule' (pronounced EE gull), a confusing natural wine pun that nobody understood, so they changed the name to simple Vin de France Gamay. ABOUT THIS
