Hopped intensely with Mosaic, Motueka, and Centennial. Bright and delicate like the vegetation that will reclaim the soil and stretch towards the sky when we are long gone. But seriously, there are big notes of Meyer lemon bars, pear tart tatin, and lychee soda. 8% ABV.
