Palazzo della Torre is a modern style of ripasso using a blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 5% Rondinella A distinctive and expressive wine, defined by fragrant notes of red berries, aromatic herbs, spices and vanilla. The palate is textural and vibrant, with polished tannins that complement a lengthy finish.

This is a delicious natural wine from an amazing uber sustainable producer with no sulphur added in the wine making process

The wine is then aged on the lees for a period of six to twelve months in stainless steel

with cassis and black cherry notes playing off vanilla and spice from the French oak aging

giving the wine an extra layer of character and intrigue

they use old oak and concrete for the vinification
