Mulberry White Shahtoot 5LDormant for winter, No leaves. The White Shahtoot Mulberry produces long, white, very sweet fruit up to 10cm in length. The white Shahtoot is delicious eaten fresh but can be dried and eaten as a sweet. The White Shahtoot has a beautiful weeping habit and makes a great shade tree. As with most mulberrys regular pruning in winter and late spring will encourage more cropping.
