An addition of brown sugar during the extended boil in the kettle adds to the layers of depth in toffee, soft caramel and dried dark fruit. Aged in a mix of bourbon barrels for 24 months. and his trip through Big Sur’s redwood forests last summer provided the inspiration for this beer
