Circle in a Circle...sterling, steel and 24K gold necklaceGeometric shapes cut from steel have a unique hand painted and etched design! 24K gold is applied in the ancient Korean technique of Keum Boo. It is set against a sterling silver etched backplate with complementing design lines. Rivets add height and dimension. The drama of the bright and shiny sterling silver to the dark steel is quite dramatic! The end result is a contemporary and architectural design that has a somewhat celestial feeling to it.

Niobium ear wire feature a copper finish to coordinate and are naturally hypo-allergenic

Glossy black enamel dangles with 24K gold accents are a perfect compliment to the textured sterling silver discs that are created with a process called reticulation

It's all about the gorgeous texture in this pair of long slender triangular shape earrings

The textures evident in these earrings come about through the process of acid etching

2 1/8" in length and 1/2" in width

Post backs to these dangles are easy to wear and secure

The sides have been flared out to form a "frame" for the top where a variety of small white pearls surround a lovely bezel set grey pearl

and are 3/4" in width at the widest point

I enjoy adding a unique sterling silver setting or “frame” to each of my designs to literally frame them in and have them come to life even more as the focal point of my completed work
